Judith Stough is a retired educator living in the Shenandoah Valley on an old farm she and her husband bought in 1996. She has a B.A. In English from the College of William and Mary, M.Ed. From Loyola College and a Ph.D. From the University of Maryland. She held a number of jobs during her professional career: Resource teacher for children with learning disabilities, Educational diagnostician, Self employed - testing and tutoring business, State government education consultant, Executive director of non-profit advocacy organization, Adjunct college professor and Instructor for James Madison University Lifelong Learning program. Her current interests include travel, cooking, family history and a burning ambition to write an historical novel.
