See, now you've gone and done it. For YEARS I have avoided turkey-basting and its evil twin, giblet gravy. I've been able to get away with a chicken and some mac-and-cheese under the "dry and bland clause" in the marital code book. You closed my dang loophole.

I own and love this book! It has my favorite potato salad recipe. But, because I don't really like turkey other than as a lunchmeat, Iv'e never made a turkey. Hmmm. . . . maybe this year, I'll have to do more contributing than my sides and pies.
