As yet another who has feasted on your tomatoe pies on any number of occasions over the years, I am thrilled to have your recipe (not that you have not been willing to share it before), but now, I have printed it out so that I can try to replicate it. But, unlike you, I am pastry-challenged; and truly wonderful summer, garden fresh tomatoes are so hard to find. Thanks so much for such a wonderful, enticing reminder of a delicious Sunday brunch meal.

My introduction to this main course dish came from my friend, Jennifer. And like you, Terri, she believes that cinnamon has no place in a proper 'mater pie. I can not WAIT for our next batch of fresh tomatoes from the vine! Thank you for sharing.

Terri,
This sounds delicious. Knowing what a fabulous cook you are, I can't wait to make it.

Yum Yum. I can't believe you were gracious enough to share this recipe with the world. As one who has been privileged to taste it many times, I can attest that it is to die for!
